Outfit 2-19

I've always cared way more about elegance than sexiness or, certainly, than looking young. And while I don't think I've achieved it yet, I'm trying. 

I go for simplicity with humor and hope it takes me down the road to elegance (well, unless I'm going for TooMuchEnough but it's one or the other).  

Today I wore a Jil Sander navy sheath with a yellow sweater. Fluevog gold brogues, a '60s gold watch, and vintage gold Dior sunglasses.

The difference between too much and TooMuchEnough is that too much can look lame and like a mistake:

while TooMuchEnough shows that you're both
1.) rad 
and 
2.) you've made no mistake.

Bygone Fabrics

And I love this fabric. It covers the entire lobby of my apt. bldg. Walls, couch, elevator walls.

I wanted to make a pantsuit from it and just hang out, creepily in the lobby, but it's no longer made.

THE iPhone Case for the Batshit Glam Girl

Blingy, ridiculously heavy, it's got everything! My friend pointed out that rather than protecting my phone if I drop it, the case will probably just make it fall harder.
